		<description>Thanks Libby.  I&#039;m interested in how we can use what we learn in yoga especially to help our relationships.  Many students have commented to me that they get on better with their partners when they have a regular yoga and/or meditation practise.  Probably because when you feel less stressed it&#039;s easier to stand back and not react to things that wind you up.</description>
